01 — BOPP PEARLIZED FILM
Fuheng specializes in BOPP pearlized film raw material for film distributors, export trading companies, and packaging and label converters. We supply film for customers to print, laminate or convert into bags; we do not supply finished bags or labels.

The width range is 300–2100 mm. Specific thickness and width combinations are confirmed for each order. These are regular specifications to discuss with us, not a statement that every specification is in stock.
Regular thicknesses, 32 μm matte pearlized film and 38 μm pearlized film for bottle labels all have a one-roll minimum order. Stock of the 32 μm and 38 μm films is limited, and supply is subject to production scheduling. Stock of other regular specifications also needs confirmation.
Other thicknesses within 22–60 μm, excluding the regular specifications above, require a minimum order of 20 metric tons covering the full production width. Slitting combinations are confirmed separately. This does not mean any individual narrow-width specification can be produced separately at 20 metric tons. Free A4 sheet samples are available; customers cover overseas shipping. Specifications, quantities and arrangements for trial rolls are discussed separately.
Supply timing depends on specifications, order quantity and the production schedule. A one-roll minimum does not guarantee stock. Please confirm availability and estimated lead time before ordering.
These are downstream applications for the film. The grade, specifications and suitable processing conditions must be confirmed against the actual requirements for each application.

Suitability for printing, heat sealing and lamination depends on the specific grade and processing conditions. Do not assume that all pearlized film grades have the same processing characteristics. At the technical quotation stage, we confirm roll length, roll weight, core, roll diameter, treated side, equipment and process conditions, and trade terms. Please also identify any destination-market regulatory, certification or testing requirements; the relevant product documents and their scope must be checked separately.
