02 — ORDERING & SAMPLES

Ordering BOPP pearlized film and requesting samples

Start with the finished application and converting requirements, then confirm specifications, samples and supply arrangements. This guide covers purchasing BOPP pearlized film raw material from Fuheng.

Frequently asked purchasing questions

01 · What does Fuheng supply?

Fuheng specializes in BOPP pearlized film raw material for film distributors, export trading companies, and packaging and label converters. Customers print, laminate or convert the film into bags. Fuheng does not supply finished bags or labels.

02 · Which specifications can I discuss?

Regular thicknesses are 22, 25, 30, 35, 40, 50 and 60 μm. We also offer 32 μm matte pearlized film, mainly for the white concealing layer in bubble mailer lamination, and 38 μm pearlized film for water bottle labels. The width range is 300–2100 mm; specific thickness and width combinations are confirmed for each order.

03 · What is the minimum order for regular specifications?

Regular specifications have a one-roll minimum order, including 32 μm matte pearlized film and 38 μm pearlized film for bottle labels. Stock of the 32 μm and 38 μm films is limited, and supply is subject to production scheduling. Stock of other regular specifications also needs confirmation. A one-roll minimum does not guarantee availability from stock.

04 · Can I request other thicknesses?

Other thicknesses within 22–60 μm, excluding the regular specifications above, require a minimum order of 20 metric tons covering the full production width. Slitting combinations are confirmed separately. This does not mean any individual narrow-width specification can be produced separately at 20 metric tons. Feasibility and quantities for unusual requirements are discussed separately.

05 · How are printing, heat sealing and lamination confirmed?

These must be matched to the specific grade and processing conditions. Do not assume that all grades suit the same printing, heat-sealing or lamination conditions. Share the application, heat-sealing needs, and printing or lamination requirements so we can discuss appropriate film and samples.

06 · How can I request samples?

Free A4 sheet samples are available; customers cover overseas shipping. Please specify the application and required specifications. Specifications, quantities and arrangements for trial rolls are discussed separately.

07 · How is lead time arranged?

Lead time is confirmed against order specifications, quantity and production scheduling. Stock must be checked even for regular specifications. Stock of 32 μm matte pearlized film and 38 μm pearlized film for bottle labels is limited, so production usually needs to be scheduled. Please discuss your required timing and delivery destination before ordering.

08 · What about destination-market requirements?

Please identify the destination country or region and any regulatory, certification or testing requirements. The relevant product documents and their scope must be checked separately. A product name or application alone does not establish compliance with a particular market's requirements.
